Fees and Payments:
- Each therapist may have a different fee based on experience and expertise.
- Current fees are based on our standard session length (45 minutes).
- Sessions of longer or shorter durations will be prorated based on the current fee.
- Please inquire about availability of alternative fee options, if needed.
- Fees will be collected at the time of service via credit or debit card.
- We do require a card to be on file.
Insurance:
- This center is an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not accept insurance payments.
- Itemized receipts of service (“Superbills”) will be provided for your convenience to submit to your insurance provider.
- You may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement if your insurance accepts out-of-network claims. Please contact your insurance provider directly if you need more clarification about your benefits.
Pay-it-Forward Scholarship Fund and Pay-what-you-Can Services:
We believe in making our services as accessible as possible.
Through our pay-it-forward scholarship program, we set aside a portion of our workshop proceeds to support attendees who might not otherwise be able to join us.
We also reserve a number of pay-what-you-can spots for therapy clients, based on how many full-fee clients we’re currently serving.
If you are a full-fee client, thank you! You are helping us provide services to our community members that might otherwise not have the same access!
Please note that these services are based on the level of our current Scholarship Fund and number of full-fee clients at the time of your inquiry.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
- You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at (800) 368-1019.
