About Saryna
Saryna Konczey is a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist by the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, and a graduate of the OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute. Before creating this practice, she provided psychotherapy and counseling services through a variety of settings, including a school-based program, community clinic, county-run clinic, and crisis hotlines. Saryna finds personal joy in the privilege of getting to watch clients grow, achieve their goals, and embody their values.

Saryna’s Approach
I utilize CBT and ACT based approaches to help clients change their relationship with psychological discomfort, live meaningful lives, and reduce suffering. By using a balance of being directive and creating space for personal choice, and by holding clients accountable to their own stated personal goals and values, I aim to help clients find workable paths to get to where they want to be. My goal is to work collaboratively with each individual client to determine effective ways to build resilience and a wider repertoire of useful skills.
