As an AMFT, Charlotte plays a vital role in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate complex emotional and relational issues. Charlotte is deeply committed to creating safe spaces for her clients, supporting them in exploring their values, goals, and barriers to personal growth. Her approach focuses on helping clients develop healthy coping strategies, improve communication, and foster positive change in their lives. With her comprehensive training and dedication to client well-being, Charlotte is well-equipped to provide compassionate and effective therapeutic support.

Charlotte’s Approach
I highly value the therapeutic relationship and the individual needs and goals of each of my clients. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, gentle, and, when indicated, direct. I am also reflective and mindful of how various social systems impact different people. While the therapeutic process may look different for each client, I lean into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support clients with tolerating uncomfortable emotions and living a life they value.

Beyond Her Professional Life
Charlotte loves any reason to be in the great outdoors, including rock climbing, hiking, and camping. These activities keep her connected to the journey that is life, where fun can be found among challenge or monotony, or at times even completely absent from the experience altogether. Charlotte specifically enjoys gardening, and finds peace and comfort in watching her plants grow and change throughout the seasons, and in spotting various wildlife strolling through. When Charlotte is not out in nature, she can be found reading, watching an engaging show, working on a puzzle, or playing Stardew Valley.
